Meet the "K" and "R" of K&R Coatings

Kyle has been wielding a hammer and building things for as long as he can remember. In 1999 he officially joined the contracting workforce part time as a railing installer for AGT Painting and Coatings. He was quickly recruited to full-time employment and began his training in solid surface decking and garage floor coatings. The years of experience installing railing, waterproofing decks and refinishing concrete floors have given him a broad knowledge base that helps him transform ugly and costly problems into beautiful and enduring solutions.

Raul immigrated to the U.S. when he was 18. His tenacity and persistence to succeed led him to Larry Nelson who took him under his wing and began his training in the deck waterproofing industry. When Larry retired, he sold his business, and Raul along with it, to AGT Painting and Coatings where Raul and Kyle would begin their working relationship. They quickly discovered they had similar values and standards of workmanship, each helping the other to learn and grow. Raul’s organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none.

Individually, Kyle and Raul are more than capable of successfully completing most projects but working as a team they are exponentially more effective. They are fully vested to the success of K&R Coatings by treating each project as if their own and treating each customer as a friend.
